The offer shall be applicable only to the new bookings in Towers Summit and Pinnacle.
The payback shall commence only upon payment of 10% of the agreement amount and execution of agreement for allotment.
The day of the booking for the said offer shall mean the day the agreement for allotment is executed.
The applicant(s) are solely responsible for any liability towards Taxes.
Joyville Shapoorji Housing Private Limited reserves the right to modify, extend or cancel this Program at any time.
Under the said Joy Assurance program, the payback amount shall be:
a. Rs 5000/- per month for 1 BHK and 2 BHK Delight apartments
b. Rs 7000/- per month for 2 BHK Luxe and 3BHK Delight apartments
The pay back will be made on a monthly basis till the month of possession, vide bank account transfer on or before 15th of every month. If 15th of any month is falling on a Bank Holiday then pay back will be remitted on the next working day.
The pay back amount cannot be adjusted with future or past installment.
In case of cancellation by customer or termination due to nonpayment of installments, the Developer is entitled to recover – 1. Cancellation Charges, as per the Agreement, 2. Pay back amounts paid to customer, and 3. Interest on pay back amounts @ 18% per annum.
In order to enjoy the benefits of the said offer, the customer shall need to make payments on time and as per agreed terms of the Application for Allotment and Agreement. Any default on payments/ nonpayment of installments may lead to termination of the program as per the discretion of the Developer.
The said program shall NOT in any manner supersede the clauses mentioned in the agreement for allotment.
The purpose of this marketing document is to give a perspective of the layout upon project completion and to indicate to the customers the extent of the amenities and facilities that may come–up in the project as per the present approved layout. The promoter does not assure anything that is shown in this brochure.
The customer is requested to kindly base their reliance on the Agreement for Sale/Allotment to be interred into for purchase of the flats/units in the project.
The Developers shall not be responsible for the expectations of the customers merely on the basis of depictions and contents of this brochure.
